How to Apply

All programmes (FIP / Refresher Courses / Short Term Programmes) are applied through the official UGC MMTTP portal. Follow the steps below.

Download the NOC Format

Download the sample NOC format below. Before applying, ensure it is printed on your institution's official letterhead and duly signed and sealed by your Head of Institution / Principal / HoD.

Register on the MMTTP Portal

Visit the official portal at mmc.ugc.ac.in. Click on "Register" to create a new participant account. Fill in your personal and institutional details accurately to complete your profile.

Log In as Participant

Log in using your registered email and password. Note: Your password will be sent to your email when you register. When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password — enter the password received in your email, then create a new password of your choice.

After logging in, go to "Profile", fill in the remaining details, and click Submit. Once your profile is complete, you are ready to apply for programmes.

Apply for Other Programmes

Go to "Apply for other programmes" and fill in the details. In the "Apply for" field, choose whether you are applying for FIP, STP, or Refresher Course. In the "Program Name & Centre Name" field, choose the centre name along with the date of the programme you wish to apply for (refer to the schedule above for dates).

If you select the correct programme, the name of the programme will appear as a dropdown in the "Title" field. In the "Upload NOC" field, upload the filled and signed NOC. Fill in all remaining fields and click Submit.

Send Original NOC by Post

After submitting your online application, send the original signed and stamped NOC by post to our centre address. Please ensure it reaches us before the programme begins. You are also requested to send a soft copy of the signed NOC to ugcmmttcunom.noc@gmail.com.

Certificates

Certificates will be issued to participants who complete the programme and fulfil the required assessment parameters.

Attend the Programme

Once selected, you will receive a confirmation via email. Attendance is compulsory in all sessions.

📄 About the No Objection Certificate (NOC)

The NOC must be issued by your Head of Institution / Principal / HoD on official letterhead and must certify:

  • Your designation and nature of appointment (Regular / Contractual / Ad hoc / Part-Time)
  • That you are permitted to attend the specific programme
  • That your institution is affiliated to a university and recognized under UGC Act Section 2(f) / 12(B), or affiliated for at least 3 years
  • That you have not attended any FIP/Refresher Course in the last one year (or details if you have)
  • That you will be relieved in time to participate when selected
